Anthropoetics: The Journal of Generative Anthropology

Open AccessISSN 1083-7264Est. 1995

Anthropoetics launches new website at anthropoetics.org

After thirty years at UCLA, Anthropoetics has moved to its permanent independent home at anthropoetics.org. The complete archive — all journal issues from Volume I (1995) to the present, and all installments of Chronicles of Love and Resentment — has been migrated and is fully accessible.

The move was made possible when UCLA Humanities Computing, whose personnel and mission had shifted toward course support, could no longer maintain a dedicated journal infrastructure. The editors are grateful to UCLA for three decades of hosting and see the move to independence as an opportunity to build on that foundation.

The new site introduces a number of long-planned improvements: the *Chronicles* archive, previously a single undifferentiated list, is now searchable, sortable, and tagged; full-text search covers the entire archive; navigation has been improved throughout; and each published piece now carries its own citation guidance. The PDFs have been updated with page numbers, running heads, and copyright lines; the article texts are unchanged. A full account of what has and has not changed, along with citation guidance and archival commitments, is available on the transition page.

All old anthropoetics.ucla.edu links redirect automatically to their new addresses at anthropoetics.org. Scholars who have cited the journal using UCLA URLs need not revise published citations. If any link gives you trouble, let us know at editors@anthropoetics.org.
